1. **No Refunds After Purchase**: All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason after a ticket has been purchased.

2. **Credit in Extreme Cases**: In rare and extreme circumstances, Silent Philly may issue a credit towards a future event. This is solely at the discretion of Silent Philly and must be requested within 7 days of the original event date.

3. **Eligibility for Credit**: To be eligible for a credit:

   - You must notify us of your inability to attend the event within 48 hours of the event start time.

   - The reason for your request must be due to circumstances beyond your control (e.g., medical emergency, natural disaster).

   - Your request must be accompanied by appropriate documentation (e.g., doctor's note, official notice).

4. **How to Request a Credit**: If you believe you are eligible for a credit, please contact us at [silentoutings@gmail.com] with your request and supporting documentation.

5. **Credit Terms**: 

   - Credits are valid for use towards another Silent Philly event within one year from the date of issue.

   - Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

6. **Event Cancellation**: In the event that Silent Philly cancels an event, ticket holders will be notified via email and will receive a full refund of the ticket price.

7. **Policy Changes**: Silent Philly reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website.
