PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy is in addition to and subject to the Terms of Use for the ThunderTix Website (the “Website”) and the services provided through the Website (the “Website Services”), and extend to the "Customers" which can be reviewed here, and in our customer privacy policy here and our purchase terms and conditions and are incorporated herein by reference.
CHANGES
Periodically we will update our Privacy Policy and notate the date of the change at the bottom of our Terms of Use. All updates and amendments will take immediate effect upon posting the update on our Website and effect on the day you or your customers visit the website.
SCOPE
The Privacy Policy covers all data collected about you or data we may collect about you.
PURGING PERSONAL INFORMATION
For current clients, you may open a support ticket regarding any concerns or questions you have about your data. If you are a former Client, please send your request by either an email or by regular postal mail. PERSONAL INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE
When you create an account to use our Services, open a support request, send an email, make any post to our Website, or integrate an external service (such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Viator, Eventful, etc) or communicate with us in any way, you are voluntarily providing us information that we collect including your name, street address, IP address, email address, phone number, credit card information, purchase history, or other demographic information. By providing this information, you agree that we may store that information in the United States and that we may use and disclose it in accordance with our our Terms of Use and Purchase Terms.
AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED INFORMATION
We also may collect some information automatically including location, demographic information, date and time of interaction, IP address, browsing history, operating system, browser type and other information. We may store this information in the United States or in log files and other technologies. We may use tracking technologies, cookies and collected information for various reasons including to monitor advertising, view click history within our Website and Service, to assist in navigation, to monitor system performance, to guide users during interaction, to assist with errors, or to monitor the delivery of emails and tickets. Our mobile applications may collect similar information described in this paragraph.
INFORMATION CUSTOMERS PROVIDE
In the course of purchasing tickets, making or taking reservations, answering surveys, purchasing products, making donations or otherwise providing information to you through the use of our service and your own use of our service, we may collect personal information including customer name, street address, IP address, email address, phone number, credit card information, purchase history, or other demographic information. We may also automatically collect location, date and time of interaction, IP address, browsing history, operating system, browser type and other information. The information allows our service to deliver emails, monitor delivery information, assist with error checking and guidance, monitor our application's performances and to provide to you information to help facilitate the sale and delivery of tickets or to use the data in ways governed by your our additional privacy policy, our purchase terms and conditions and our terms of use.
INFORMATION ABOUT CUSTOMERS YOU PROVIDE
You may enter customer information for interaction with our service or you may request that we import customer information you collect. It is your responsibility to ensure you have received permission to store the data for the customers you add, or you request to be imported, to the service.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

We are compliant with the regulations set forth by both the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your personal data will be deleted upon your request.
EMAILED INFORMATION
Our Service sends email including tickets, surveys, product purchase information or other information. That information may be readily forwarded to others. We do not store the recipient information for any forwarded emails, however, our tracking may show the email had additional interactions via delivery, open or click.
THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE INTEGRATIONS
You optionally have the ability to integrate with external services such as mass email softwares, external ticketing portals or social websites. The information you provide to these services or your customers provided by interacting with your account data is subject to the privacy policies of those third-party integrations.
USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
For information collected, we may send emails, alerts, updates or messages regarding your use of our service or to advertise additional services to you. Upon our request to you and in accordance with permission you grant to us, we may also share your information with other potential clients like you that are exploring the use of our service.
Our own external integration with a third-party payment processor enables us to use your data to process credit card payments for invoices served or services used including monthly subscription charges, additional tickets used, hardware purchased, gift certificates, seating charts or graphic design services and other charges.
Our Services may use your customer information for interaction with our Service including the ability to process sales by credit card, deliver tickets, product receipts, and email, or to collect survey data. We do not share customer information with any other clients or external third-parties unless you have voluntarily integrated our Service with an external third-party. Your customer data's use and disclosure will be governed by your own privacy policies.
DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
We may disclose your data in accordance with legal or security requirements including using or creating tools that help us not violate applicable laws. We may share information with legal counsel and accountants.
We may provide your information to third-parties for the purpose of soliciting feedback about the use of our service.
We may provide your information to external vendors to facilitate the delivery of hardware, ticket stock, printers or other hard goods.
In the case of a merger or acquisition, we may transfer your information or your customer information to the acquirer.
ELECTRONIC TRANSFER OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
Our service allows you to interact with us. We strongly urge that you do not send confidential data by email such as credit card information or other sensitive data.
SECURITY
We do not disseminate your information or your customer information except within the uses disclosed in this privacy policy and take all reasonable, appropriate measures to secure that data. In the event of a security breach, we will notify you immediately.
Do not share your username and password with others.
DATA RETENTION
Your complete account data including personal information, customer information, order and donation history, survey results and all other stored information will be deleted within 90 days of cancellation.
COMMUNICATION PREFERENCES
If you receive promotional e-mails from us and would like to stop getting them in the future, you can do so by following the directions in that message.
Depending on the respective service, you may also have the option of proactively making choices about the receipt of promotional e-mail, telephone calls, and postal mail from particular ThunderTix sites or services by logging into ThunderTix and viewing into the following pages:
1. Notifications tab of Account Settings to set email addresses receiving communications from ThunderTix
2. Marketing tab of Account Settings to activate or deactivate email delivery to your customers from ThunderTix
These choices do not apply to the receipt of mandatory service communications that are considered part of certain ThunderTix services, which you may receive periodically unless you cancel the service.
